Summer In Montana

Alright! It's officially summer time, as of yesterday, in the great state of Montana! For the next 3 months, actually until mid-October, the residents of this outdoor enthusiasts paradise will try and cram a years worth of outdoor activities into our normal shrinking window of opportunity afforded us by the craziest weather on the planet!
Today, the temps will be around 90, which is normal or maybe even hot by most peoples summer standards. Tomorrow could be 40 degrees cooler with the possibility of large hail or extremely high winds! We are still seeing snow melting and running off into the rivers here, the upper elevations where some awesome summer hikes exist are still shrouded in snow! We do have an abundance of water this year, after almost 7 years of drought conditions, and the tourists are once again flocking here in droves for their 1 or 2 week summer vacations!
I hope everyone has a super summer and actually gets out to enjoy the incredible scenery that this country has to offer!
